This traditional Scrumpy contains a blend of BC cider fruit along with Granny Smith apples. Unfiltered, unsweetened, with no residual sugar. Made from apples leftover at the end of the pressing season, this cider lives up to its Scrumpy name.
A crisp, clear blend of 80% Granny Smith, and 20% dessert and cider apples.
Tart and dry, Granny Cowan showcases the unique taste of Granny Smith apples.
A blend of our favorite apples from our on-site heritage orchards. A balanced mix of tannins and astringency from cider apples that showcase the terroir and spirit of Bowen Island.
Single varietal cider made from 100% Pink Lady Apples. The name comes from one of the first Union Steamship vessels to service Bowen Island 100 years ago, the Lady Alexandra.
Black currants are infused into cider apples from our orchards to give Undercurrant its vibrant colour.
Tart sweet and astringent.
